Konstantine Dean Petrovas began working in acquisitions as a senior asset manager and acquisitions associate with Sperry Van Ness Bart Weprin. In that role, he evaluated acquisition opportunities involving multifamily, retail, and office properties and performed underwriting. Konstantine D. Petrovas also assisted with transaction negotiations, financing efforts, and the development of leasing and operational strategies designed to improve occupancy and overall asset performance. Managing capital projects and vendor relationships across a diversified commercial portfolio further expanded his experience in commercial real estate operations. Mr. Petrovas continued his acquisitions work with Sax Realty Group as director of investments, where he negotiated transactions that supported portfolio growth.
More recently, Konstantine Dean Petrovas has continued working in asset management roles overseeing commercial and multifamily properties for Chicago’s Hunt Club Apartments. His responsibilities have included evaluating operating performance and negotiating vendor agreements. Konstantine Petrovas further oversees operational functions for a multi-physician medical practice while serving as the primary liaison among owners, vendors, contractors, and business partners. Konstantine D. Petrovas holds a master's degree in real estate from DePaul University, complementing his experience in asset management, acquisitions, and commercial real estate investment.
